A compact 1870s single-fronted Victorian in Fitzroy given a light refresh in anticipation of a larger renovation by Hola Projects. Design developed and Planning approval by Council.
envisaged as three structures, separated by transitional greenspace. The original cottage housing bedrooms and a bathroom, a shingle clad barn with loft for the living room & a skeletal trellis providing access to the loft , planted roof above the kitchen.
